Colored Pencil  Paintings

This section of the gallery displays my colored pencil paintings.  They were created using wax core professional pencils on various types of acid free watercolor papers, and foam core.  They reflect the flexibility of the media in creating a range of  textures, brilliant colors. They reflect Phil's application of the painting technigues that are unigue to colored pencil painting medium.
